Groupama Immobilier extends its sponsorship of the Palladio Foundation
In 2019, Groupama Immobilier renewed its support to the Palladio Foundation, under the high patronage of the Fondation de France, to help build the city of the future through the combined efforts of leaders, decision-makers, elected officials, experts, researchers and NGO representatives, in particular from the energy, environment, real estate & construction, digital technology and transport industries. The intersection of these various perspectives inspires participants to question their assumptions, in the spirit of openness and mutual enrichment.
Groupama Immobilier is particularly involved in:
• The development of the Palladio Foundation: Laetitia George, Head of Commercial Asset Management, participated in a working group on industry openness.
• The Palladio Future Centre: Eric Donnet, Managing Director, Laetitia George and Manon Thellier, Commercial Asset Management Analyst, presented the The Link Tower project at the Forum des métiers de l’immobilier et de la ville (forum of real estate and urban management professions).
• The Palladio Institute: Laetitia George was a member of the 2018 cycle’s group of auditors and spoke at the cycle’s annual conference. Astrid Weill, Director of Development and Major Projects, will participate as an auditor in the 2019 cycle.
This year, the Palladio Foundation is focusing on “The exchange of innovative goods and services in the city of tomorrow,” taking into account in particular the radical evolution of lifestyles, the digital revolution, not to forget the issues of polluting methods of travel, the new models of the e-economy and the re-emergence of short circuits.
It will also soon launch an “innovation-research connector”, which aims to make the connection between the innovative capacity developed by doctoral and post-doctoral students and companies’ capabilities in innovation, anticipation and R&D.
Groupama Immobilier is once again contributing to advancing our collective thinking on the social, economic, financial, planning and technical aspects of the city and the living environment of tomorrow, and to new and innovative prospects in its construction. This is another way of being an active, responsible stakeholder in the face of the explosive growth in real estate and urban needs in the coming decades, at the service of the public interest.
