Lease-upon-delivery signed for the 21 boulevard Malesherbes building
Groupama Immobilier signed a firm 12-year lease-upon-delivery agreement for its former head office, located at 21 boulevard Malesherbes in Paris’s 8th arrondissement. The original floor area of 5,135 m2 (55,000 sq. feet) will be increased to 6,545 m2 (70,500 sq. feet) following the reconstruction. Download the press release
