Hôtel de Günzburg on national TV

On 31 January at 8:50 p.m. CET, the Des racines et des ailes (Roots & Wings) show on France 3 explored “Paris from square to square”.

One of the gems of Groupama Immobilier’s portfolio received its share of the spotlight: the Hôtel de Günzburg.

Architect Florent Richard commented the architectural legacy of the Hôtels des Maréchaux and the history of the place, revealing the ins and outs of this majestic urban mansion from the Place de l’Etoile, then the arrival through the main courtyard, the entrance hall and the listed salons one floor up, with the view of the Arc de Triomphe from the terrace.

Strong praise included “The utmost luxury is the view!” and “The Hôtel de Günzburg is the largest Hôtel des Maréchaux on the Place de l’Etoile”.

AFTERWORK AT THE HÔTEL DE GÜNZBURG

On January 5, 2017, Groupama Immobilier, in partnership with Linkstone, an association of some thousand members that organises meetings and discussions between real estate professionals, held a New Year’s celebration in a prestigious venue: the hôtel de Günzburg, at 7 rue de Tilsitt, right next to the Arc de Triomphe and with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

About two hundred people met for a cocktail and buffet, in a festive atmosphere of listed salons and a lighted terrace. A singer, a DJ, some dancing, the traditional galette des rois cake, a little talk on this historical building: a great success in a magical location.
